
Bread Maker Stromboli
Ingredients
Fillings & topping suggestions:
Cheese such as provolone, mozzarella, parmesan, asiago
Cured or cooked meats: salami, mortadella, prosciutto, pepperoni, etc
Cooked mushrooms, peppers, etc
Additional shredded cheese for topping
SMSF Pizzazle seasoning
Warm marinara for dipping
Olive oil for assembly
Dough - Place the following ingredients into bread maker in order:
8 ounces warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons SMSF Italian Mama or SMSF Sicilian Mama seasoning
1 tablespoons crushed garlic
3 cups (360g) all purpose flour
1.75 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast

Serves 4-6
Use dough setting (adjust flour\water by adding a teaspoon at a time after dough paddles for a bit…dough should drag\stick a bit on sides but not smear to the bowl)
Once dough setting is complete, pre-heat oven to 375°.
Turn dough out onto lightly oiled parchment paper. Using oiled fingers, spread the dough into a large rectangle until it reaches approximately 15"w by 10"t
Line the (long-way) center 1/3 of the dough with filling of your choice.

Cut the remaining 2/3 of the dough into 1 inch strips and pull alternating strips over the center to "braid" the loaf. Drizzle with Olive Oil and additional shredded cheese and SMSF Pizzazle seasoning

Lift parchment paper and loaf onto large rimmed baking sheet (may need to set diagonally) trim any overhang from the parchment paper to prevent burning.
Bake at 375° for approximately 30 minutes until the entire loaf is golden brown and cooked thru the bottom. Allow to cool for 8-10 minutes before cutting. Serve with warmed marinara sauce.
