Instant Pot Angel Hair Aglio Olio with Spinach
1.5-2 tablespoons SMSF Veggie-Noodle-Do
16 oz uncooked Angel Hair noodles (broken in half)
2 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups water
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons crushed fresh garlic
2 tablespoons plain bread crumbs
1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1/4 cup grated parmesan
2-3 large handfuls clean, dry, baby spinach leaves.

Break angel hair in half and sprinkle into Instant Pot so that noodles are going in all different directions and there are no large sections of parallel noodles touching.
Combine SMSF Veggie-Noodle-Do, oil and water and drizzle over the angel hair noodles. Close lid & set to sealing position. Set manual high pressure for 1/2 lowest cooking time on box (EXAMPLE: If pasta box says cook for 4-6 minutes, set Instant Pot time for 2 minutes). Once time is up, do a quick release of pressure.
Carefully remove lid and set aside. Stir noodles, adding remainder of the ingredients. Spinach will wilt under the heat of the noodles.
