Marinated Mozzarella


2-3 teaspoons SMSF Dip-N-Drizzle

2-3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

1-2 cloves fresh garlic crushed (optional, highly recommended)

1 pound mozzarella cheese cut into bite-sized cubes

Shop for the spice blend in this recipe:


Combine all ingredients into a 4 cup container, reserving cheese. Stir to combine then add cheese cubes and stir to evenly distribute herbs and oil over the cheese cubes. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Remove at least 30 minutes before serving to allow EVOO to come to room temperature as it will solidify in the fridge.
