Ranch Dip or Dressing
Ingredients
2 tablespoons SMSF Garlicky Ranch Dress-N-Dip or Ranch Dress-N-Dip
1 cup sour cream (or plain nonfat or Greek yogurt)
2-3 tablespoons of mayo
Buttermilk (or half-n-half or cream)

Serves 6-10
In a medium-sized bowl, combine SMSF Ranch Dress-n-Dip with sour cream and mayo and stir until evenly combined. Use as is for dip, or add buttermilk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until mixture reaches desired consistency for dressing.
Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minute before using to allow flavors to combine and SMSF Dress-n-Dip ingredients to soften.
NOTE: It's easy to have Buttermilk Ranch at your fingertips at all times! Just combine 50% buttermilk powder (find it in the baking aisle) and 50% SMSF Rach mix and store in fridge. Add this mixture in place of original SMSF Ranch. You can omit the buttermilk in the recipe above and use half-n-half to thin the dip.
