Dip-N-Drizzle
Whether you are a good ole fashioned bread-eater like me or you are sticking to a low carb lifestyle, you need this stuff in your life!
Bread Dip:
1-2 teaspoons SMSF Dip-N-Drizzle
1-2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove fresh garlic crushed (optional, highly recommended)
1-2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a small dish and serve as a dip with warm, crusty bread or focaccia.
Marinated Mozzarella:
2-3 teaspoons SMSF Dip-N-Drizzle
2-3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1-2 cloves fresh garlic crushed (optional, highly recommended)
1 pound mozzarella cheese cut into bite-sized cubes
Combine all ingredients into a 4 cup container, reserving cheese. Stir to combine then add cheese cubes and stir to evenly distribute herbs and oil over the cheese cubes. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Remove at least 30 minutes before serving to allow EVOO to come to room temperature as it will solidify in the fridge.
