    This sweet-n-spicy dry rub hits all the right taste buds with a blend of brown sugar, herbs, spices and veggies you need to bring the best out in your BBQ.  You can also mix it with your favorite bottled BBQ sauce to amp up the flavors. 


    Instant Pot BBQ Ribs:

    1 rack babyback pork ribs

    3-4 tablespoons SMSF Hot MamaQ rub

    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

    1 tablespoon liquid smoke

    2 cups water

    BBQ sauce

    Additional SMSF Hot MamaQ rub


    Remove membrane from bottom-side of ribs (use sharp knife to get it lifted then use a paper towel to grip and pull).


    Cut rack into 3-4 pieces.


    Coat each piece with SMSF Hot MamaQ rub.


    Combine water, vinegar and liquid smoke into Instant Pot liner.


    Place trivet arrange ribs, bottom side in in the Instant Pot with top facing outside of liner.


    Close lid and seal.  High pressure for 30-35 minutes with natural release for additional 15 minutes.  


    Preheat oven broiler.  Remove ribs to parchment or foil lined rimmed baking sheet.  Coat with BBQ sauce on bottom and top.  Sprinkle top with additional SMSF Hot MamaQ rub - this will aid in caramelization.


    Broil for 3-4 minutes.  Rotating baking sheet if needed to broil evenly.  Serve (with lots of napkins!)
